The prices shown are per night and based on the minimum number of guests indicated, with a minimum stay of 4 nights.
The minimum length of stay may vary depending on the season. During the high season, the minimum stay is 6 nights.

Supplement for each additional person aged 14 and over: €30.00 per night

Supplement for stays of fewer than 4 nights: 25%

Tourist tax: The tourist tax is €2.10 per person per day for guests aged 14 and over. It is charged separately and must be paid on site.

• Children under 3 years old: free of charge
• Children aged 3 to 13: €15.00 per night
• Children/additional guests aged 14 and over: €30.00 per night

The booking fee can be paid in advance by bank transfer, credit card or debit card, or in cash at the accommodation.

Deposit 
A deposit is required to confirm the booking.

Savings option 
With this booking option, the total amount is paid in advance and serves as confirmation of the booking; once paid, cancellation or rebooking is no longer possible.

If your holiday cannot go ahead as planned, you can find our cancellation policy here:

• Up to 2 months before arrival: Only the deposit will be retained. It will be credited for one year and can be used towards another stay at our accommodation.
• From 1 month before arrival: 50% of the accommodation price will be charged.
• From 7 days before arrival, in the event of late arrival, early departure or no-show: 80% of the accommodation price will be charged.

We adhere to the legal provisions of the Italian Consumer Protection Act (Art. 45–67, Legislative Decree 206/2005).

Any deposits already paid will, of course, be offset against any cancellation fees.

Please inform us in good time if you are unable to make your trip, so that we can re-let the holiday apartment.

On the day of arrival, we can accommodate you between 3 pm and 7 pm. If you are arriving later, please give us a call.
On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 10 am.

Our vineyard is just a 10-minute walk from the village centre. 
There you’ll find everything you need for day-to-day life, from a grocery shop, a butcher’s and a bakery to a hairdresser’s and other shops.

We are happy to collect guests arriving by public transport from Mühlbach station and take them back there on the day of departure.
The bus and train stations are just a 10-minute walk from the winery.

There is parking available right here at the winery. 

An elevator provides convenient access to all holiday apartments, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay for all guests.

For our younger guests, we are happy to provide a cot and high chair free of charge on request.

You are also welcome to have your laundry washed here. We charge 5 € per wash.

One of our holiday apartments is dog-friendly. You are welcome to bring your dog with you on request. We charge 30,00 € per night for this.

Every Friday, we offer our guests a free tour of the vineyard. Come and find out more about our estate, our wines and how we work.

We use environmentally friendly energy sources and are self-sufficient in energy. We generate our own electricity using our solar panel system, and our heating is fuelled by wood chips from our own timber.

Smoking is not permitted in our apartments. Thank you for your understanding!

Our guests receive the Guest Pass free of charge.

With the Guest Pass, you can use all regional trains and public buses throughout South Tyrol free of charge and benefit from free access to selected mountain lifts and cable cars during certain periods. You also receive daily free admission to selected swimming pools and museums, as well as many other attractive benefits.

This allows you to discover the most beautiful destinations in South Tyrol conveniently and sustainably.
