Our organic winery in the Puster Valley

The family-run Santer organic winery in South Tyrol is considered Italy’s northernmost winery. Since 1991, the Gasser family has been synonymous with sustainable viticulture, organic farming and authentic wine enjoyment in South Tyrol.
High-quality grapes ripen on sunny slopes around the picturesque ruins of the Mühlbacher Klause, from which characterful sparkling wines, rosés, reds, whites and sweet wines are produced.
Visitors can enjoy wine tastings right at the winery, relax in the idyllic courtyard and buy delicious treats from the farm shop: fresh fruit, juices and organic wines from South Tyrol.
