For many years, Willi and Helga Gasser shaped the organic winery with their passion for organic viticulture, long before sustainability became a buzzword.
Today, the family winery in Mühlbach is run by their son Johannes and his partner Birgit, together with Helga.

Our love of wine and the region shapes our daily work, as does our desire to spoil our guests with little touches. With heart and an eye for detail, we personally take care of everything – from the vineyard to the apartments – and create an atmosphere in which you will feel completely at home.

Johannes
Even as a child, he helped out with dedication at his parents’ winery. Today, he tends to the vines with passion and knows every vine personally. He is happy to share his extensive knowledge and offer an insight into the exciting work of a winemaker. Experience for yourself how Johannes’s enthusiasm makes him a gifted storyteller.

Birgit
The woman who thinks of everything and lends a hand (almost) everywhere. Working alongside Johannes, she helps out in the vineyard, looks after the animals and turns the wine apartments into a haven of comfort. Birgit oversees check-in and is there for all her guests’ needs. Her sunny disposition is the best welcome you could hope for.

Helga
The heart and soul of the house for decades now. She looks after every aspect of the property. Her care and attention to detail are reflected in the lovingly tended garden. Helga has a keen eye for aesthetics that really comes into its own. She also oversees direct sales and is always happy to take the time to advise guests and cater to their individual requests.
