Experience winter

Our holiday apartments at the Santer Winery in Mühlbach are situated right next to the family-friendly Gitschberg Jochtal ski resort in South Tyrol, making them the ideal base for a varied winter holiday. Whether it’s skiing, tobogganing, winter hiking or building snowmen – families, couples and active holidaymakers alike can enjoy unforgettable winter days in the South Tyrolean mountains.

The Gitschberg Jochtal ski resort offers around 25 perfectly groomed slopes of all difficulty levels, from easy runs for beginners and children to more challenging routes for sporty skiing enthusiasts.

The toboggan run on the Gitschberg is particularly worth experiencing; at around 4.5 kilometres, it is one of the longest toboggan runs in South Tyrol. After a comfortable ascent by cable car, the descent through the snow-covered landscape into the valley is fast-paced and full of twists and turns.
